Apple iPad 3 expected to be released this March

The iPad 3, as with any Apple product just about, has had rumors galore. This time, more details come out of the wood work. This time, Bloomberg has the details on what we can expect from the latest generation tablet from Apple.

The Apple iPad 3 is being set for release this March, and will have a faster processor and with a high-definition screen; and will run with 4G long- term evolution (LTE) wireless networks.

According to reports, three people with the product have said that the Apple‘s next generation iPad, or the iPad 3, is expected to go on sale in March and will run faster.

As noted in the report, the insider said the iPad 3 will sport a high-definition screen, which is in line with the earlier report of a Taiwanese technology site that the much-awaited iPad is expected to use IGZO (indium gallium zinc oxide) flat panels to upgrade the display resolution.

Apple's next iPad, expected to go on sale in March, will sport a high-definition screen, run a faster processor and work with next-generation wireless networks. The tablet will use a quad-core chip, an enhancement that lets users jump more quickly between applications.

Many users were expecting the same HD display that was on the iPhone 4 and more recently the iPhone 4S, to come out on the iPad 2, but that never happened. The only real differences between the first generation and the second was a slimmer design, better battery life and dual core processor.

As per the sources, Apple has started the mass production of iPad 3 this month and is planning to optimize its volume on February, and the iPad 3 to use a quad-core chip, an enhancement that allows users to jump more quickly between applications.

However, the iPad 3, which is reportedly being assembled by Foxconn Technology Group, has no partner yet but AT&T and Verizon Wireless have both LTE networks, while Sprint is also rolling one.
