Verizon Wireless is planning to release new smartphone dubbed as a LG Spectrum in 2012, a report from unknown source.
The LG Spectrum has been mentioned on several website, but no actual detail was reachable at this time. That’s all altered because snapshots and supposed specs have unveiled online.
The LG Spectrum is most-anticipated high-end handset that will land with an impressive 4.5 inch full touch screen with 1280 x 720 pixels display resolution and it will feature In-Plane Switching (IPS) technology.
According to report, the Spectrum is powered by 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon CPU, preinstalled 4GB storage capacity (expandable using microSD cards) and 1GB of RAM.
A full HD 8-MP back side shooter is also present which will competent of capturing 1080p HD video at30fps and a HDMI port, so hooking it up to your Television is yet easier.
The only drawback about the handset is that it will be powered by the Gingerbread Android operating system, but several sources believes that the Android ICS 4.0 update will be made available after release of the device.
For now, the device will be reached only in the United States in mid-February 2012 but there is no precise detail about the price.
