Nestle Puerto Rico Creates Largest Human Image of a Hand

There was high fives all around for Nestle Puerto Rico, after the company last month set a new Guinness World Record title for the largest human image of a hand.

The attempt, which took place at Hiram Bithorn Stadium, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, was for a new record category, and required a minimum of 250 participants to stand in the shape of a palm and five fingers for a minimum of ten minutes.

In the end, 849 children between the ages of 6 and 12 along with teachers braved a day of rain showers to form the required shape.

The participants were let in by two separate entrances via turnstiles, which served as the first count, and they were each given a wristband, which served as a second count.

Nestle Puerto Rico and Huellas Footprints organized the event to promote their 'high-five for life' program, which focuses on five healthy eating habits for children.
